Free Sessions
Free sessions are offered monthly so new participants can try the group with no commitment. Please complete the contact form and select the free session date you would like to attend. Session dates are updated every few weeks. Free sessions are typically 30 minutes and may run slightly longer depending on the attendance. A Zoom link will be emailed to registered participants 1-2 days before your selected session date. All free sessions at this time are held at 6:00 pm Mountain Time.
